Physiotherapist / Senior Pilates Instructor
After working for a number of years as a physiotherapist within the NHS Hannah went on to specialise in the musculoskeletal field and completed her graduate certificate in orthopaedic manual therapy from Curtin university in Australia. Since then she has worked in private practices both in London and Sydney.
Hannah first started using Pilates as an adjunct to her musculoskeletal treatment twelve years ago after finding it successful in regaining pain free motor patterns, which led her to attend the APPI mat courses.
On moving to Sydney seven years ago Hannah started working in Pilates physiotherapy studios where manual physiotherapy treatment was combined with the movement based rehabilitation exercises of Pilates. Further Pilates study then followed and she then completed the Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation course that coved equipment repertoire as well as mat.

Megan first started Pilates in a group reformer class in Australia and was instantly hooked. Her participation in Pilates has helped to improve her lower back ache and she truly believes in the benefits that Pilates can offer. Megan also works as a Sports Massage Therapist for Swansea Physiotherapy Ltd. and her knowledge of anatomy and pathology is brought into her Pilates sessions. In her free time, Megan enjoys practising Pilates, weights training and travelling.

A few years ago I had an experience that changed the way I could cope and deal with Life. To help myself, I looked at different ways of supporting my needs. With a background interest in martial arts - Freestyle Kung fu and tai chi, I looked at ways that I could strengthen by ground through my body - the body reflects the soul. This brought me to classical Pilates, it has helped me to be stronger physically and better balanced - I feel that I stand taller and move forward from a more stable position.
